For first-time orders, minimums can be as low as 12 pieces for hats. After your first order, standard minimums apply. For screen-printed apparel, the minimum is 24 pieces per design/logo.

Most custom orders are completed within 14 business days after artwork approval and payment. We’ll always communicate timelines upfront.

Yes. We include minor design edits and cleanups at no charge with your order.
If you need a completely new custom design created from scratch, we offer that as a separate service and quote it per project.

Yes. Our retail store is a great place to explore fits, fabrics, and finishes in person. You can also schedule a visit to our office to view additional samples that aren’t on the retail floor.
