Returns and Exchanges
Qualified Returns
You may always return full priced items as part of our product guarantee as long as they are not damaged, worn or defective. If a discount code was used to purchase the items, those products still qualify for a return.
For damaged, worn or defective full priced items we will still accept a return as part of our product quality guarantee as long as you let us know what the issue with the product was.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted on all non-sale items and may be accepted on sale items depending on if we can get the desired size
Please send us an email first (contact@idaholivin.com) for any exchange requests. We need to make sure we can accept the exchange and that we have the new desired size in stock in order to fulfill the exchange.
If you recently purchased the product from our retail store you can bring it back for an easy exchange in store but if you do not contact us before hand, you run the risk of traveling all the way there and not being able to get the new desired size.
Returns
Qualified returns are always accepted at our retail store in downtown Boise located inside the Warehouse Food Hall located at 370 S Eight Street, Boise ID 83702. Just bring the product to us and have your order number ready.
For qualified orders that are not able to make it to our retail store, you can initiate a self serve return through a customer account profile at https://account.idaholivin.com
For returns that are made through the customer portal, once the return is accepted you will need to ship the product to us to complete the return.
